We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, however this is subject to change during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email.We deliver to all UK mainland address, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.
International deliveries are sent tracked via Royal Mail.
Please note that delivery times are there as an indication and Shades By Bre cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.
Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your item. Please contact us if you would like to return an order.
We are not able to resend orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail or their international delivery partners.
If your order is returned to us you will be refunded for the item total.
Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label.
If your order is customised you will be responsible for redelivery costs.
